Any model created by our designers can be converted into individual part drawings and assembly instructions. This process can break even the most complicated of structures down into small manageable pieces removing the requirement for one person to hold an entire job in their head. It also frees up any constraints on using less skilled labour thus reducing project costs and increasing the rate a job can be turned around.
Our engineers and draftsmen can take your design project from conception to completion. With dedicated software we can provide 3D models, realistic renders sectional, plan and elevation drawings. Never before has it been so easy to communicate a design and ensure engineer, designer, draftsman and customer are all on the same page, effortlessly creating a solution that is economical, functional, and beautiful.
We design to the very last detail, it's the only way to ensure there wont be any clashes or issues on site when it gets installed. Clashes result in on site "bodges" which can be costly, result in a structure that doesn't behave as per the calculated model and isn't what the customer signed off. Design communication is the key and thanks to our 3D modelling process, we’re confident you’ll love our designs.
The Modelling phases happens like this:
Creation of design model in our dedicated 3D software.
Formation of one or more drawing sheets detailing and communication all aspect of the design.
Formal "sign off" of the drawing sheets by the customer in acknowledgment and acceptance of the design. This is typically by a returned email stating acceptance with an order to proceed.
DesignOur design process is built around you. You’ll collaborate with our designers and engineers to meticulously plan every detail without breaking your budget. Have as much or as little involvement as you like, give us a set of requirements and let us go or walk through the process with us making adjustments as we go.
The Design proccess happens like this:
Rough design and section sizes based on the set of requirements.
Check against building regulations and structural calculations. return to step one if necessary
It’s a thrill when you hold in your hand a complete manual to your design. Detailed out in full every item broken down to the sum of its parts all dimensioned and catalogued.
The Fabrication drawings include:
Bill of materials, includeing cut lengths, total lengths, weights, surface areas.
We tackle every project like it was our own. This commitment to excellence has resulted in a list of very satisfied clients. We’d love to add your name to it.
