It also frees up any constraints on using less skilled labour thus reducing project costs and increasing the rate a job can be turned around.

Model

We design to the very last detail, it's the only way to ensure there wont be any clashes or issues on site when it gets installed. Clashes result in on site "bodges" which can be costly, result in a structure that doesn't behave as per the calculated model and isn't what the customer signed off. Design communication is the key and thanks to our 3D modelling process, we’re confident you’ll love our designs. 
 The Modelling phases happens like this:

• Creation of design model in our dedicated 3D software.

• Formation of one or more drawing sheets detailing and communication all aspect of the design.

• Formal "sign off" of the drawing sheets by the customer in acknowledgment and acceptance of the design. This is typically by a returned email stating acceptance with an order to proceed.

DesignOur design process is built around you. You’ll collaborate with our designers and engineers to meticulously plan every detail without breaking your budget. Have as much or as little involvement as you like, give us a set of requirements and let us go or walk through the process with us making adjustments as we go.

The Design proccess happens like this: 

• Rough design and section sizes based on the set of requirements.

• Check against building regulations and structural calculations. return to step one if necessary

Fabrication​

It’s a thrill when you hold in your hand a complete manual to your design. Detailed out in full every item broken down to the sum of its parts all dimensioned and catalogued.

The Fabrication drawings include:

• Bill of materials, includeing cut lengths, total lengths, weights, surface areas.

• ​Part Drawings, each plate dimensions and holes, each beam angle cut ends drilling patterns etc.
  
• ​Assembly Drawings, Factory assembled parts, dimensioned components made from the welded together parts. All detailed out with the labels carrying through from the part drawings.
  
• General Arrangements. The assembly parts brought together to form the finished article.
